Pure Blaufränkisch, grewn on the terrain in Hochburg, Deutschkreuz. Mineral freedom is the devise. The sandy ground with high chalk content engenders wine with amazing fruitiness and complexity. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts in steel tanks. Matures for 20 months in french oakwood barrique barrels.
