Winery Erich & Walter Polz - wine history in it's 4th generation on Grassnitzberg / South Styria
Even though people appreciate our wines way across the borders we still remained a family business. Erich and Walter Polz took over their parents (Johanna & Reinhold Polz) winery at the end of 1980. In the summer of 2011 the son of Erich Polz (Christoph Polz) started at the position as winemaker, that was the start of the 4th generation.

Opaque yellow with slight shades of green, tight Burgunder in the nose, a touch of stone fruits, lot's of spice on the roof of the mouth, envolves with the air, great length.
