Winery Erich & Walter Polz is located in one of the prime vineyard sites of southern Styria. The geological condition of the soil, many hours of sunshine and evenly spread precipitation offer almost ideal pre-requisites for wine growing. But a wine’s quality not only depends on nature’s benevolence. In this case, success is founded on the four Polz pillars: Erich and Walter, the owners, brother Reinhold, the manager and Christoph, the vintner.
